To secure our services, we require a 100% advance payment of the total estimated cost., unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept payments via UPI (Unified Payments Interface), Cheque, Credit/Debit Card, Bank transfer, (IMPS, NEFT, RTGS)
Refund Policy
Advance Payments: Please be aware that the advance payment is non-refundable. This fee covers initial planning, resource allocation, and other administrative costs incurred from the start.
Refunds for Canceled Orders: If you choose to cancel an order after work has begun but before completion, no refunds will be issued. You will also be responsible for any costs incurred beyond the initial advance payment.
Refunds for Completed orders: Once a order is completed and delivered to your satisfaction, all payments are considered final and are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refund In the rare event or for exceptional circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific refund policy of the laboratory that performed the testing. You may be entitled to a full or partial refund of any payments made, including your advance payment, as determined by the laboratory's policy."
